How Users Can Exercise Their Right to Data Deletion in Enpass?
Step1(Email Request): User needs to directly send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org from their registered email address.
Step2(Confirmation): Once your request is received, our Support Team will send you a deletion confirmation email to the email address you provided, and you will need to verify the link within 48 hours.
Step3(Processing): Once verified, the Enpass Support Team will process your request within 30 working days. All account information, including registration details and Enpass licenses, will be permanently deleted within 90 days. In case of complete deletion, no confirmation will be sent, as no information is left on our platform to contact the user.
Note: Please be aware that data deletion is an irreversible process, and once data is deleted, it cannot be re-added to the Enpass platforms unless the user self-registers again and provides their information to the aforementioned Enpass platforms.
Handling Active Subscriptions and Upcoming Payments
Apart from complete data deletion, if user has also decided not to use the license in the future and want to avoid any future payment, we kindly request users to cancel their respective payment setups from the various stores they initially purchased the Enpass license. This advice is to ensure that users are not charged for services they no longer wish to use. Please refer to this link for instructions on canceling any auto-renewal payment setup. Note: Any refund requests, if necessary, will be managed according to the respective store’s refund policy.
Enpass only retains your PD for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. To determine the appropriate retention period for PD, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the PD. When your information is no longer needed(on receiving user confirmation), we will destroy, delete, or erase it.
