Version 2.6.1

Release Date: August 28, 2025

Enpass Business New Features:

One of the biggest challenges for admins is making sure employees follow the company’s password policies and have visibility whether employees are following them.

This update enables admins to enforce all key company’s password policies, get visibility into how well they’re being followed, and take corrective actions.

It also introduces a Vault Sharing Overview section that gives admins a full view of all vaults in the organization and their sharing details.

Here’s what’s new:

Enforce Password Complexity Rules: Admins can define password rules such as length, complexity, and expiration as per their organization’s password policy. Passwords generated by Enpass Password Generator will follow these rules by default, and saved passwords that don’t comply with these rules will be flagged as “Rule Violating Passwords” in the user’s app and the Admin’s Security Audit Dashboard.

Detect SSO Password Reuse: Admins can now detect when passwords of their SSO domains are being reused on other accounts. Enpass flags any such reuse in the Admin’s Security Audit Dashboard.

A More Insightful Security Audit Dashboard: The Admin’s Security Audit Dashboard shows more actionable insights to track password policy adherence and strengthen security posture. New details include:

  • Rule violating passwords
  • SSO identical passwords
  • 2FA-supported items
  • Passkey-supported items

No More Autofill on Unsecure (HTTP) Websites: Admins can now define specific HTTP sites where autofill should be allowed.

Change Master Passwords if Found Compromised: If enabled by admins, Enpass checks users’ master passwords against the HaveIBeenPwned.com database. If a password is found to be compromised, the user will be asked to change it.

Vault Sharing Overview
Admins now get a more organized view of all vaults in the organization, including key details such as creator, location, sharing status and access rights. This visibility helps them monitor how vaults are shared across the organization and brings clarity around access to potentially sensitive data.

New Policy & Controls:

  • Admins can now restrict storing and sign-in using passkeys in Enpass.
  • Admins can now disable Enpass app unlock using Biometrics.
  • Admins can now specify websites where they want to block Enpass inline autofill menu to appear.

Version 2.5.3

Release Date: July 24, 2025

We’ve made several important updates to give admins more flexibility and control. Here’s what’s new:

  • Family Plan Activation for Employees: Large Enterprise admins can now enable the Complementary Family Plan for employees directly from the Admin Console.
  • SSO Bypass for Admins: In enforced SSO setups, admins can now be excluded from SSO login providing a fallback option to access the Admin Console.
  • Auto-Delete Imported Data: A new security policy allows automatic deletion of imported data files in the Enpass app after a successful import.
  • Performance Enhancements: This update includes minor bug fixes and performance improvements for a smoother experience.
