Why am I unable to sync with WebDAV after upgrading to iOS 14?

After upgrading to iOS 14, there might be issues with WebDAV sync in Enpass, and you might see an error like “No Internet connection.”

The reason for this behavior is – your WebDAV server is hosted on a Local Area Network. iOS 14 has introduced a new privacy setting to restrict apps from accessing LAN devices. To fix the issue, please follow the below steps:

  • Go to iPhone Settings -> Privacy -> Local Network -> Enable Switch for Enpass.
  • If Enpass is not visible in the list, reconnect the WebDAV sync in Enpass and allow permission.
