Troubleshoot: Cannot continue to Enpass app after pressing “Redirect” button on browser

Probable cause: Background protocol handlers for Enpass did not updated properly during installation of the Enpass app.

To fix the issue: 

  • Reboot your computer, then try again to use Enpass in your browser.
  • Run the following commands from the terminal, then try again to use Enpass in your browser:
    sudo update-desktop-database
    sudo update-mime-database /usr/share/mime
  • Consider rebooting your system if problem persists.
