I have not received the One Time Password to complete Enpass registration via email. What should I do?

- Used Sign-in with Apple (hidden email)
If you have used the private relay email address on Signing in with Apple, i.e. marked your mail as hidden, then Apple generates a random email ID. There might be a delay in delivering OTP as your email provider’s server grey-lists the email from Enpass and thus it takes more time to validate its authenticity. You could try using a different email ID while registering email. If you need any help, please write to us at support@enpass.io.
- Using a regular email address
There could be a problem with your mail server in delivering the email. In that case, you can try Sign-in with Google or Sign-in with Apple. While using Sign-in with Apple, we suggest not to hide your email.
