Getting error: We are unable to access Enpass folder

You are getting this error because you might have changed the default location of Enpass data. The new location might be set to a remote server, so please check whether:

  • The new data location set to a removable/USB drive, NFS or WebDAV server's folder.
  • The drive/disk or folder where Enpass's data is located is encrypted with any third party software and Enpass app doesn't have the necessary read/write permissions for that specific folder.
If yes, then kindly try with the data location set to any local path on your system as it might save you from any temporary error in accessing data from remote server (could be due to network issues) and throwing an error of Master Password.
